SAQA Oregon Retreat (SAQA Oregon Region) - 2024

Dates: May 22, 23 and 24, 2024

Description: Come join us in Sunriver, Oregon for 3 days to just sew and visit with like-minded people who talk the same language. We have a large room at the SHARC center in Sunriver, with plenty of space to set up all your sewing equipment (including your machine). Lunch will be provided each day, along with snacks and drinks (coffee, tea, water, soda). There will even be a happy hour get-together one evening. Breakfast and dinner will be on your own. 

Sunriver is a lovely vacation community in Central Oregon near the Deschutes River with restaurants, biking, hiking, kayaking, swimming, sewing, talking to other artists, etc. You can choose lodging at one of the houses we are booking, or you can acquire lodging on your own. You can also choose to commute each day if you live in area. All lodging will be available on May 21 for check-in.

Private bedroom/private bath - $495
Private bedroom/shared bath - $395
Shared bedroom/shared bath - $320

Arranging own lodging or day commuter - $160

Registration Deadline for Lodging is March 22nd.  Day communter registration with no lodging is available until May 1st.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund if cancelled prior to April 22nd.  Cancellations after April 23 - May 10th receive a 50% refund.  No refunds after May 10th.
