SAQA PA “Bringing Architecture to Life” with Rachel Derstine (Online workshop)

Learn to create vibrant, playfully colorful architecture quilts with proper perspective. You will resize your photo before class (instructions are in the supply list). It is important that you choose an image that is not too complicated for this one-day class. You will trace your image and learn to do fused raw-edge applique. Basic straight stitching with monofilament or matching thread is used to stitch down all elements before quilting. Quilting and facing will be demonstrated and discussed.
