THE “WHAT” and “WHY” of YOUR ARTWORK – FOCUSING ON CONTENT DESCRIPTION
Bobbi Baugh (visit website) begins with the gut-level questions that plague artmakers: Why does other artwork have “something” I don’t have? How can mine be better? Believing that the answer is focusing on the WHAT and WHY of your work, she will lead attendees to look at their artwork and decision-making in a more meaningful way. Go beyond technique. Dig deeper.
The presentation will involve looking at and analyzing artwork, both Bobbi’s work and the work of other artists. Of course, when textile artists get together there is always an interest in technique and how-to. Bobbi will answer any questions about her own methods and procedures.
